A 50% deposit confirms your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. Bookings made less than 7 days before the event date are subject to a 15% rush surcharge.
You may reschedule your event free of charge up to 14 days before the event date. Inside 7 days of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
The Craft Collective's events involve the hands-on preparation and consumption of alcoholic beverages, alongside non-alcoholic alternatives for guests who prefer them. By booking or participating in an event, the client and their guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Craft Collective LLC's total liability arising from or related to an event is limited to the amount paid by the client for that event. The Craft Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost business, personal injury arising from a guest's own voluntary consumption of alcohol, or property damage not caused by our direct negligence.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability in a way not permitted under applicable law.
The Craft Collective LLC carries commercial general liability insurance covering our events and operations, including:
Proof of insurance is available upon request for corporate clients, event planners, and venues that require it as a condition of booking.
The client is responsible for securing any permissions required to host the event at the chosen venue, including permission to serve alcohol and to bring in outside vendors where applicable. The Craft Collective is not responsible for venue-related issues outside of our control, including venue access, capacity restrictions, or venue-imposed rules discovered at the time of the event.
The Craft Collective may take photographs or video during an event for use in our marketing materials and website. If you or your guests do not want to be photographed or featured, please let us know in writing before the event and we will accommodate that request.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place (the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will govern that event.
